WebOct 19, 2024 · For Platinum God, you need to actually PICK UP every item from Rebirth at least once. For 1001% and one of the secret achievements, you have to do the same with every item in both Rebirth AND the expansions. For It's The Key, you have to complete a run without grabbing any pickups of any kind.
