WebSep 28, 2016 · The openSUSE-Tumbleweed-ARM-JeOS-raspberrypi3_aarch64.aarch64-2016.09.06-Build7.1.raw.xz when expanded to an SDcard creates an empty DOS partitiion that unsurpringly wont boot.
