WebDec 3, 2024 · I used the Eastwood seam sealer in a caulk tube and went over it with a small acid brush to smooth it out a bit. You should prime before applying seam sealer to prevent rust beneath it. Just apply a bead wherever two pieces of sheet metal come together. No need to sand it. I ended up using a a piece of bar stock to mix it and remove it from the can.
